PLEASE NOTE ALL DARTS RETURNED FOR A REFUND MUST BE UNUSED AND THE PACKAGING UNDAMAGED , IF YOU ARE GOING TO TRY THEM OUT DO NOT THROW THEM GROUPED BUT TO DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE BOARD – IF THERE ARE ANY ‘CHIPS’ ON THE BARRELS OUR RETURNS SECTION WILL NOT REFUND THEM AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE TO GET THEM BACK !!!!
Before returning goods to us either because they are faulty or we sent the wrong item YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST and we will advise you if we need the item back, if you post them back to us without our consent we will not be liable for any postage costs you may incure.
Any items found to be faulty will, having been returned to us, be replaced or refunded, please contact BITOFBULLY DARTSas soon as possible with details of the fault and after we have requsted the item back for inspection please return the product without delay.
We would expect that any faulty goods are returned to us within 10 days of purchase/receipt.
If items simply unwanted are not damaged or faulty, goods returned for a refund must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original manufacturers packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt. Please note we only refund unwanted goods , we do not exchange or swop them for other items.
When returing goods for whatever reason you must qoute the order number and date of purchase in the covering letter sent with the goods
We strongly suggest that you make any returns to BITOFBULLY DARTS by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.
All orders received Monday-Saturday will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.
All UK orders are sent using either the Royal Mail 2nd-Class small packets service or a courier service and in most cases will be with you in 2-3 days (although sometimes there are delays that are out of our control)
European and worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (small packets) service. European orders are supposed to take 3 working days but we have found it can take up to 7, so please allow plenty of time.
Delivery times for worldwide orders vary dramatically depending on the country so, again, please allow lots of time and remember that this is out of our control.
Please note that whenever possible we try to minimise unnecessary packaging. This is better for the environment and keeps postage costs down, which means a better deal for you. Each order in most cases we loose-pack orders in envelopes and Mailing Bags.
All orders are either tracked or sent with proof of postage. Any claims for lost or damaged orders will be investigated by Royal Mail or our couriers.
