All orders received Monday-Saturday will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.

All UK orders are sent using either the Royal Mail 2nd-Class small packets service or a courier service and in most cases will be with you in 2-3 days (although sometimes there are delays that are out of our control)

European and worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail (small packets) service. European orders are supposed to take 3 working days but we have found it can take up to 7, so please allow plenty of time.

Delivery times for worldwide orders vary dramatically depending on the country so, again, please allow lots of time and remember that this is out of our control.

Please note that whenever possible we try to minimise unnecessary packaging. This is better for the environment and keeps postage costs down, which means a better deal for you. Each order in most cases we loose-pack orders in envelopes and Mailing Bags.

All orders are either tracked or sent with proof of postage. Any claims for lost or damaged orders will be investigated by Royal Mail or our couriers.

We are not responsible for Royal Mail and therefore any item that is lost or damaged in transit will only be credited or replaced following a successful compensation claim from Royal Mail.
Items are not regarded as lost with the Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed from date of posting.
We will forward a claim form which must be completed and returned with 90 days from the date of your order.

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be received at our address within 10 days of purchase and must be in a new and unused condition which will include all the original packaging intact/undamaged and be accompanied by the payment receipt.
If the Refund Seal on the darts packaging has been broken, removed or tampered with this will invalidate any potential refund.
We cannot issue refunds on used products, unless they are faulty, these will be exchanged following an inspection by the manufacturer.
We strongly suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us.

All carriage costs to return goods are to be paid for by the customer.
Any refund will be made in the same format as that received to purchase the goods.
If we deem that a refund is not valid the goods will be returned to you at your cost

If there is something wrong with all or part of your order we would love to have the opportunity to put it right but if you prefer to return the goods we will give a full refund.
